Digital Print
Short run full colour and mono work produced quickly and economically on our Xerox docucentre on a massive range of great recycled or FSC certified stock, from paper to card. Anything that can be printed on the offset press can be printed on the Xerox.
 
Labels
Printed on the offset press and supplied as individual labels or top cut on sheets. Printed in vegetable inks with the finishes available such as varnish, celloglaze, foiling, die cutting etc.
 
Labels on Rolls
We can produce colour labels on rolls, with a matt or gloss laminate and cut to any shape. This is excellent for short run labels and is very economical as the die cutting is done by laser and not by traditional cutting forms. We can do just about any shape as long as it is no wider than 130mm wide but can go up to 200mm long. This machine is perfect for the start up business that has multiple products but only needs a short run of each label to get themselves out there in the market place or for those how have a fussy shape. We can print onto white gloss or matt, synthetic, gold or clear label base. Unfortunately due to supplier constrictions we cannot source any recycled material for labels but are constantly seeking new avenues for stock supply. The short run labels are a good choice though as there is no waste and you only need order exactly what you need. You don't need to feel that you should buy 2000 labels when you only really need 200 which is what tends to happen with offset printing due to the high setup costs.
 
We can also print mono labels on rolls and cut to shape. These labels are a more durable especially with the addition of a gloss laminate. The stocks available for this machine is white gloss or matt, gold, silver, bronze, various fluro colours and clear or white synthetic.
 
Barcodes
Simply supply your barcode set of numbers and we can make your barcodes up to your size, quickly and economically. Printed in black on white gloss or matt and supplied conveniently on rolls.
 
Posters
We can produce posters up to A1. Materials available include matt poster, luster photo paper and canvas. We can also print onto recycled uncoated stock up to 610 x 910 in size. The textured recycled stocks have a great finish when used on the poster printer.
 
Finishing
We offer a full finishing service including guillotining, drilling, folding, collating and binding. Special finishes such as varnish, celloglaze, foil and die cutting is also available.
